Stitching with Pedestal
- Trigon provides pedestal type bag stitching system that can be set in any suitable position in a conveyor line.
Stitching with infeed
- In this machine, the bag is fed to the stitching head by means of a belt drive and then sewn at the upper end.
Single Needle Stitching
- In this machine, Single row stitch is done at the top of the bag.
Double Needle Stitching
- In this machine, there are two needles that produce double stitches with gap in between on top of the bag.
Stitching with Crepe tape
- In this machine, first tape is applied and then stitching is done. The crepe tape can have a self adhesive property which can prevent moisture infiltration.
Folding and Stitching
- In this machine, first folding of top of the bag is done. Then stitching is performed on top of the bag.
Stitching with Over tape
- In Crepe tape there are chances of leakage of powdered material to the holes on stitching done on top of the bag. To overcome this stitching with over tape is used. In this machine first stitching is done and then tape is applied over it. So, the chances of leakage of powdered material are zero.
